we are looking for experienced staff nurses with proven record working in an acute surgical andor medical ward
job responsibilities
practise according to the nmc code of professional conduct
assessing the care needs of patients
planning implementing and evaluating care for individual patients both pre and post operatively
ensure nursing care is delivered using an individualised approach
participate in the admission and discharge planning process in conjunction with the multi-disciplinary team
ensure all patient documentation is accurate and comprehensive
maintain good communication with all health care staff and ensure prescribed treatment is carried out
undertake the safe custody and safe administration of medicines
the ideal candidate will have
- a valid nmc pin number
- eligibility to work in the uk
