We require high quality cooks for work in nursing homes and various other settings to cover occasional days and ongoing temporary contracts.
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook balanced nutritious meals as required fo! r the client group
- Complete light cleaning duties
- Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene
- Maintain adequate compliance records e.g. serving temperatures, cleaning records, etc…
- Must have 2yrs previous cooking experience
- NVQ level or equivalent in food preparation
- Basic food hygiene certificate
- Understanding of COSHH and HACCP regulations
- Must be prepared to complete an AccessNI Enhanced Disclosure (Police check)
