Service Manager

Salary : £27,849- £31,754 per annum
Hours : Full Time - 37 hours (1 Post)
Based in : Ballymoney
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Service Manager will have day to day responsibility for the relevant Supported Living Project. This is a busy role providing leadership to staff to ensure that tenants needs are met and are in compliance with all statutory requirements. Candidates must meet the criteria for a Registered Manager of a domiciliary care service to meet RQIA requirements.
Essential Criteria:
A qualified social worker, registered with NISCC (without condition)
Or
A First Level nurse registered with NMC
Or
Allied Health Professional registered with Health Professions Council
And
4 years experience in health and social c! are setting with relevant client group. 2 years which must hav! e been at operational management capacity
OR
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care services, registered with NISCC (without condition)
And
A minimum of 5 years practice experience with at least 2 years operational management experience
