You will be an experienced Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) seeking a permanent opportun! ity (day or night shifts) in a specialist Dementia Nursing Home in Armagh.
This well respected Nursing Home for adults and elderly people with dementia is within one of the leading private Healthcare group in the UK. The group has a strong track record of supporting staff development. You should be keen for an opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to providing the highest levels of care & support. You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring optimum client care is maintained by managing patient care plans and risk assessments
- Providing a highest standard of quality care of patients within the nursing home
- Promote and maintain high standards of clinical practice
- A Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) living within commutable distance to Armagh
- Current registrati! on with the NMC and a legal right to work in the UK
