Diamond Recruitment Group is currently seeking a Field Sales Representative for our client to cover all of Northern Ireland selling hi! gh value products into the hospitality & catering industries.
This is a permanent job working for our client, a long established and very well respected company in this catering sector across Northern Ireland. They have a strong reputation for providing excellent consultative business advice, products and aftercare.

The Role
Our client is keen to grow its already hugely successful business in both NI & ROI by appointing a new field sales representative who is commercially aware, has the ability to build strong business relationships, source and close sales in a consultative manner.
You will be tasked with increasing the market share across NI & ROI if required, visiting with clients to fully understand their needs, demonstrate the full range of products & services on offer, provide a consultative solution to address all issues and im! prove their catering facilities, manage all orders, purchasing! , delivery & installations and provide first class customer aftercare service.
You will ideally already have strong working relationships in the following sectors â€" Catering, Hospitality, Fast Food, Nursing Homes, Schools, Restaurants, Hospitals, Butchers, Bakers, Café’s or any food preparation/manufacturing companies.
You must have the ability to create a strong sales pipeline from market research, cold calling, visiting potential & existing clients, following leads, networking and using all connections to consultatively promote & sell our client’s products/services in a professional manner.
Our client will be keen to understand your previous sales / business development experience to date including ability to hit targets, success stories and your sales approach.

You will can work from home and/or use the company’s office / showrooms as required to hold meetings & demonstrate products to clients, you must have a full driving licence and no more than 6 points on your license.
Essential Criteria:
You must have min of 2-3 years sales or business development experience with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets & increasing market share.
Professional, Ambitious and Excellent Communicator at all levels.
Proven ability to develop strong sales pipeline, follow and deliver results.
Ideally degree educated, commercially aware and you must have excellent presentations skills.
Excellent time management, ability to plan day, week & quarter efficiently and be a team player.
Above all else, our client is keen to meet with hungry sales applicants with the passion & ability for doing business in a professional manner.
Salary & Benefits
Ba! se salary of around £25,000, depending on skills.
