Specialising in Residential nursing ! and Specialist care, they are looking to appoint an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN) to join their nursing team in their beautiful residential nursing home near Newtownabbey, County Antrim.
Supporting the manager to deliver high clinical standards and a high quality provision of care, you will write and carry through high-quality care plans; Managing and developing a team of nurses and carers; Ensuring that CQC standards and legal obligations are met and liaising with third parties including relatives and external organisations.
You will have:
• Relevant nursing qualification and current NMC PIN
• Long experience in Nursing Homes
• A solid understanding of CQC requirements
• A broad clinical background in elderly care and dementia nursing
