PULSE Community Healthcare are looking for a team of Support Workers to work with our clients who have complex healthcare needs. We are a continuous healthcare provider to clients in the community.
You will be working with one client on an ongoing basis, we are not a domiciliary drops agency.
You! will build a strong working relationship with the client, tea! m of support workers, families and all professionals involved to provide the best person cantered care possible.

PULSE Community Healthcare currently has 17 established care branches across the UK, every branch has experienced care teams and community nurses with a 24 hour clinical support phone lines for our team of Support Workers and Clients.
Duties will include: All aspects of personal care, support with mobility, assisting with medication, support with all health related issues, providing pressure relief if required and helping support their skin integrity, support with all social related activities and accessing the community, support to live independently within the community.
Specialist support may include taking and recording observations, catheter care, managing spinal related issues and supporting passive movements and! exercises.
