Our client is now looking to recruit a Staff Nurse for their excellent Nursing home facility in Belfast. This modern nursing home specialises in care for dementia clients and offers an excellent benefits package for the successful candidate.
Responsibilities:
Prescribing and delivering care to Elderly clients
Ensuring all care prescribed and delivered is person centred
Ensuring the care team works together to ensure the delivery of the best possible care.
To be respons! ible and accountable for the delivery of the highest standards! of care possible to residents.
To assist in the supervision of staff and ensure their adherence to the policies of the home.
Required experience:
Applicants must be registered with NMC with a valid PIN
Applicants must have completed Preceptorship
Must have a genuine interest in caring for Dementia clients
Must display excellent clinical and organisational skills
