Detailed specification about this vacancy opportunity kindly see the descriptions. Our client is now looking to recruit a Day Duty Staff Nurse for their excellent Nursing home facility in Lisburn.
Responsibilities:
Prescribing and delivering care to Elderly clients
Ensuring all care prescribed and delivered is person centred
Ensuring the care team works together to ensure the delivery of the best possible care.
To be responsible and accountable for the delivery of the highest standards of care possible to residents.
To assist in the supervision of staff and ensure their adherence to the policies! of the home.
Required experience:
Applica! nts must be registered with NMC with a valid PIN
Applicants must have at least 2 years post qualifying experience
Must have a genuine interest in caring for Dementia clients
Must display excellent clinical and organisational skills
