The Surgical Division of Barking Havering & Redbridge University Hospitals (NHS Trust) is expanding Surgical Services and is recruiting Registered Nurses to join our teams for the exciting opportunity of rotational posts that will offer you a variety of experiences within the surgical division, comprising of Surgical Specialities of Upper GI, Colorectal, ENT, Maxillofacial, Endocrine Surgery, Vascular and Trauma surgery.

We are offering you the opportunity to develop your nursing skills in surgical settings. Primarily, you will be based on the Surgical Assessment Unit and will rotate following The Surgical Assessment Unit (SAU) expansion and opening of a new Surgical Stepdown Unit to complement our Surgical Services on Ocean A & Ocean B wards.

All new staff appointed to posts at the Trust will be subject to a 6 month probationary period. This will give the new staff member an opportunity to become familiar with the culture and working environment of the Trust.
