Job Description:
Luxury private care home with nursing based in Belfast requires an additional RGN to join it's well established, settled and supportive team.
Registered Nurse - Belfast
Job Requirements:
You will assist with general nursing duties across the home, including general nursing personal care, dispensing medication, changing dressings and all other associated tasks.
Ensure the delivery of quality care - continually assessing resident's needs and wishes and developing the service to enhance their quality of life.
Ensuring optimum client care is maintained by managing patient care plans
Providing the highest standard of quality care to patients
Promote and maintain high standards of clinical practice
Maintaining a cheerful, approachable and professional attitude at all times.
Ensuing all patients needs are met to ensure a comfortable nigh! ts sleep.
Necessary Skills/Qualifications:
! Management skills required for care team.
Current registration with the NMC (Valid Pin)
A Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
Experience in a nursing home is advantageous
