Job description:
Our client is now looking to recruit a ! Clinical Lead Nurse for their superb nursing home facility in Bangor. The aim is to provide exceptional nursing care to meet the individual resident requirements and to provide leadership by assessment, problem identification, planning and evaluation.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day to day control of the Nursing/Domestic Teams
Provide exceptional leadership to all nursing staff.
Implement and uphold the highest standards of care, safety discipline and morale within the Nursing Home.
Required experience:
Applicants must be registered with NMC with a valid PIN.
Must have a genuine interest in caring for clients of all age groups.
Must have at least two years experience as a Staff Nurse.
Must be able to work as part of a team.
