The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Ensure the Home delivers & maintain! s a high standard of care.
Participate in the selection of staff & to organise & provide induction & training.
Participate in all matters concerning discipline, grievances, complaints, etc.
Plan & implement programmes of care in agreement with residents & carers.
Ensure the Company's Health & Safety guidelines & procedures are fully implemented.
Ensure adherence to NMC guidelines & other legislative requirements.
Provide efficient management of all administrative matters within the Home, including the organisation of staff rotas, in consultation with the Nurse Manager.
Deputise in the absence of the Nurse Manager.
